Registering with nanastoo takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your basic details (full name, email, phone number, password), check the Terms & Conditions consent box and click "Register Now". Your account is activated instantly. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at nanastoo. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. During the KYC process, your age will be verified via your identification card. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated and balances returned.

Withdrawals at nanastoo are processed within less than 3 minutes to your bank account or e-wallet. However, your first withdrawal may take slightly longer if the KYC process has not been completed. Once KYC is done, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed within the standard timeframe.

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first deposit is processed, provided you did not decline the bonus during the deposit flow. Rollover is the total wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A simple example: if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you need to place bets totaling RM 500 (you don't need to win RM 500 – only the wagering value counts) before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable balance. Check the Terms & Conditions for the specific rollover ratio applicable to each bonus.

Withdrawable Balance is real money in your account that can be withdrawn at any time – this includes your deposits and any winnings not subject to bonus terms. Bonus Balance is bonus credit that must meet the rollover requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable balance. Both types of balance can be used for gameplay.

Never. Nanastoo will never ask for your password, PIN, OTP code, or bank card details through any channel, including email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.
