Terms and Conditions Nanastoo – Official Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and nanastoo ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile app, gaming services, and all products offered under the nanastoo brand.

By accessing the nanastoo website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our games or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms.

To register and use nanastoo services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or the higher legal age limit set in your region of residence.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Residing in a geographic region where access to nanastoo services is permitted under local law.
• Do not have any other nanastoo account that is active or has been suspended/terminated previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Incorrect or false information may result in your account being suspended without notice.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, residential address, or payment method. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 KYC Verification

Nanastoo reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) at any time, particularly:

• Before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• When unusual activity is detected on the account.
• As part of anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory compliance.

Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of the payment method used.

4.1 Deposit

Nanastoo accepts deposits via FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 and the maximum depends on the selected method. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon verification.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed in under 3 minutes for all supported payment methods. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there is a technical reason preventing this. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Nanastoo reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 14 business days for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by nanastoo are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages. The following general conditions also apply to all bonus types:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (e.g. 20x, 30x) that must be met before withdrawal of the bonus balance and related wins is permitted.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7–30 days). Bonuses that are unused or whose requirements are not met within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Betting limits: While using a bonus, the maximum permitted wagering amount is RM 20 per round or bet unless otherwise stated.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: Nanastoo reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence that a bonus was abused, including the use of low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

All games offered at nanastoo use software from internationally licensed providers with audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is strong evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

6.1 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical failure such as internet connection disruption, server failure, or a proven software bug, nanastoo will make decisions based on accurate server log records. If no game result can be verified, the wager will be voided and funds returned.

6.2 Prohibition of Unfair Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using bots, automation software or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to cheat the system or other players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system errors for personal gain.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your true location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.

You are fully responsible for the security of your nanastoo account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code if enabled.

Nanastoo recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password (minimum 8 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared device.

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your nanastoo account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses with unfulfilled requirements remain.

8.2 Closure by Nanastoo

Nanastoo reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any terms stated in this document.
• Fraud, money laundering or suspected criminal activity is involved.
• You have registered multiple accounts or provided false information during registration.
• You have engaged in significant bonus abuse.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities.

8.3 Balance After Closure

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, nanastoo reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account. If closure occurs at the member's request or for reasons other than a violation, valid balances will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Nanastoo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. In summary, we collect information necessary to provide our services, comply with legal requirements, and improve the user experience.

Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored in a secure server environment. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nanastoo and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Damage to your device arising from use of the platform.

Nanastoo's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the value of deposits you have made in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Nanastoo reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via:

• In-platform notice when you are logged in.
• Email to the address registered to your account.
• Update the "Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the nanastoo platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it comes into effect.
